If every TMS machine in your practice sits in one building, we can install the database on-site rather than hosting it. Your machines share patient records exactly as they would on the cloud, with no monthly fee and no dependence on your internet connection. QuickStim works identically either way.

Supports up to 5 TMS machines and up to 10 additional computers at a single site. Practices with machines in more than one location need the cloud to share data between them.
On Your Network Only
Patient data stays inside the practice and is not reachable from outside it.
Works Without Internet
Clinical operation does not depend on your internet connection, and nothing is exposed to the public internet.
Backups
We configure a scheduled backup to an external drive at installation. Keeping that drive connected is the practice's responsibility.
Common Questions
Is my data secure?
Yes. Brain Ultimate Cloud is designed to be fully HIPAA-compliant. Hosted environments run on AWS with a dedicated, isolated instance for each practice and encryption in transit and at rest. On-site deployments keep patient data entirely within your own network, with nothing exposed to the public internet.
How does pricing work for multiple TMS devices?
Your $150/month base covers one TMS device, and up to 10 additional computers can be connected to the network. Each additional TMS device is $75/month. A practice with three devices pays $300/month. Each environment supports up to 5 TMS devices.
Can I start with one device and add more later?
Yes. Devices are added at $75/month each at any time, and your existing data and configuration carry over. That said, practices rarely adopt the cloud on a single device unless expansion is already on the roadmap. If you are planning to add machines, the cleanest path is to put the cloud in place before or alongside that expansion rather than migrating afterward.
What is the difference between cloud and on-site?
The cloud runs your database on dedicated AWS infrastructure, reachable from any of your locations, on a monthly subscription. On-site runs the same database on a server we install in your building, for a one-time fee, serving that single location. Practices with machines in more than one location need the cloud.
How long does setup take?
Typical cloud implementation is two to three business days from purchase. Building your environment takes one to two business days, and each device takes roughly one to two hours to configure.
What software do I need?
Brain Ultimate Cloud works through QuickStim, the same software your staff already uses to run the TMS device. Version 3.3.9 is required. There is no new interface to learn.
Do I need IT expertise?
No. We handle the technical setup and provide training for your team, and you have dedicated support from the people who built your environment.
